AVAILABLE FOR CONTRACT WORK

Senior iOS engineer who ships the whole system.

Six years shipping production iOS across eight industries -- SwiftUI, TCA, AI integration, and the CI/CD to keep it all running. No handoffs, no half-builds. You get one engineer who owns the whole stack and stays until it ships.

About Me

Product-minded. Consumer-focused. Systems-driven.

Product-Minded

I start with the user's problem, not the tech stack. Architecture decisions flow from what the product needs to do.

Consumer-Focused

I've shipped apps that real people download and use daily. That shapes how I think about performance, UX, and reliability.

Systems-Driven

I don't just build features -- I build the infrastructure underneath them. CI/CD, tooling, AI pipelines, the boring stuff that makes everything else work.

I'm the engineer you bring in when the product matters. Not to pad a team -- to move the needle. I've shipped iOS apps, built full-stack web platforms, designed AI inference pipelines, and wired up the CI/CD and monitoring to keep it all running. Whatever the product needs, I go there.

What makes me different from most contractors: I ship my own products too. Not side projects -- real systems I use and maintain daily. That founder perspective changes how I work on your project. I care about the user experience, the edge cases, the stuff that breaks at 2am.

I'm direct, I over-communicate, and I don't disappear. You'll get async updates, clean PRs, and honest timelines. If I think the approach is wrong, I'll say so -- respectfully, but clearly.

Construction Sites, Late Nights, and a Laptop

Working construction during the day. Raising a family. Teaching myself to code in the evenings. No CS degree, no bootcamp, no safety net. Just YouTube tutorials, free courses, and the stubborn belief that if other people could build apps, I could figure it out too.

Building Free Apps

Shipped indie apps to learn by doing. Flutter was the gateway -- build once, run on iOS and Android. Every app was free, every app was a lesson. The goal wasn't revenue, it was reps.

Freelancing on Upwork

Turned the indie reps into client work. Built Flutter MVPs for startups -- real deadlines, real users, real constraints. Learned what it means to ship for someone else.

ProAct: Zero to App Store

Nine months from first commit to the App Store. AI-powered migraine prediction -- on-device Apple Intelligence with a Claude fallback -- shipped February 2026, then eight releases in the next six months. The first indie app with real paying users.

The AI-Native Stack Goes Live

Built the system that lets one person ship like a team: agent orchestration, shared memory, and content ops running daily. Not AI as a gimmick -- AI as the infrastructure that makes everything else faster.

Intent: Rebuilding a 4.6-Star App Server-First

PrioriPlanner earned 4.6 stars on the App Store. Intent is its successor -- same listing, rebuilt from scratch server-first: zero backend SDKs in the binary, generated API clients, nightly TestFlight builds. In hardening for public launch.

Building in Public

A one-person shop with two apps live, Intent in TestFlight, and the whole process documented: the architecture decisions, the AI workflows, and the parts that break. This site and the newsletter are where it gets written up.
